The uniform deposit check is held until the end of the season and shredded when the jersey is returned in good, clean, reusable condition.Īll Hotshots players must supply their own navy-blue shorts to complete the uniform.Äecember 2: partial refunds only after this date Uniform deposits are required before a jersey can be assigned to your player.Äeposits are in the form of a Check for $50 made out to OLLake CYO Hotshots Basketball. Our Lady of the Lake CYO provides a jersey top to each Hotshots player. Volunteer opportunities include the following positions: coach, scoreboard operator, tournament gate monitor. If you cannot give a minimum of 1 hour per family to the Our Lady of the Lake CYO sports program, then you must choose the volunteer opt out fee to allow our club to pay for your replacement. CYO sports cannot be possible without volunteer support. Exceptions are taken on a first come, first served basis with priority given to returning players. We will let you know if there is a spot available on a team as soon as possible.
